Shipping questions
My tracking has not updated+
Tracking usually goes live 1–2 days after dispatch and can sit quiet while the parcel moves between hubs. If nothing changes after 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Can I change my address?+
If your order hasn't shipped, email us your order number and the correct address and we'll update it.
My parcel says delivered but I don't have it+
Check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email us. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we replace it free.
